#b90x - DAY 7 - Retrospective Week 1

Wow. It’s been a week already?!

After going over the last seven days comments… whew… it’s been one helluva week though. Glad it’s almost over.

I think being around for over a year, a lot of these daily disciplines have already set in. So I’m really enjoying it.

I feel like everything been learning isn’t second natural yet. Positive thinking and the why is unconscious competenace but being at ideal pinnacle state of doing as well is still a conscious effort. Ultimately want to get to unconscious competence of doing and thinking.

It is amazing how sometimes it takes being put in situations that cause regressive behavior to see how far you’ve come and still have to go. Have had the extended ish family around recently and there definitely some areas were I slipped up, but I found my new footing and definitely have some small victories to celebrate.

I’m ready and 2 weeks behind rest of the team. That’s my thoughts around Retrospective week

This has been a retrospective year, and I am still here getting my dose of look back and learn. Firstly, I’m doing a power rewatch of the B90X over the Turkey holiday. My goal is to make sure I post a reply to every video. This is my version of being retrospective. @peter I think about all these things you’ve been preachn. To me its the discipline… that’s the thing… you gotta stay with it and get better and grow. This is some lifelong perspective and some blockchain life perspective too that I have learned.

Here’s to my week 1 #b90x 2018 Turkey Week Marathon! I’ll be here all week. I know I learn something and I’m going to honer day one and be sure to invite some people to the Pub this weekend too. I’ve been talking with my fifteen year old son about doing the 10 Day’s of Bitcoin and my older bro who need to think about having a retirement portfolio and other loved ones too. That’s going to be part of my Tukey week challenge.

Very nice cap on the week sir solid lessons :+1::+1::+1::+1:

So far so good. Improving and growing, however, I need to remind myself to really implicate the Retrospective to my life. Off course KAIZEN
