Bitfi wallet from McAfee

Anyone got any experience about McAfee and his new wallet. It sounds a bit like another scam from our man John.

This paragraphy at the end of how it works page is what I’m confused about “And of course the Bitfi algorithm is completely open source so even if Bitfi no longer exists, you can still always access your funds and calculate your private keys (your private keys are NEVER stored anywhere except your own brain, and this is precisely why the Bitfi wallet is unhackable. These tools simply allow you to calculate your private keys if necessary) either on GitHub or at btknox.org

Maybe some github experience users can explain.

Assuming it works the way it promises, the only disadvantage I see is you need to type your entire seed phrase in every time you want to do a transaction.

Seems laborious

The human brain is much easier to hack than any “artificial” device. That’s the main weak point of his “unhackable” claim.

Plus, what if I forgot my seed, that I am “not allowed” to write.

I see many problems with that approach.
