Longest run in years. Tired but feeling strong. Feeling good about my progress towards Ragnar Relay in February!
Stronglifts. Squats, overhead press and deadlifts.

Just barely got in my resistance training yesterday, will see what today holds for.

Shoulders and chest today. Hit a PR on incline bench with dumbbells, getting back into heavier weights while taking in more calories is always a rewarding experience. Turning more food into muscle for the next 6 months. 230lbs here I come.

Stronglifts. Hit a new PR on squats, increased weight on bench press and row.
Off day from lifting today, got in a 45 min walk.
