Longest run in years. Tired but feeling strong. Feeling good about my progress towards Ragnar Relay in February!

Shoulders and chest today. Hit a PR on incline bench with dumbbells, getting back into heavier weights while taking in more calories is always a rewarding experience. Turning more food into muscle for the next 6 months. 230lbs here I come. :balance_scale: :chart_with_upwards_trend:
