Miners Using Claymore Software - You Are Being Targeted!

Apparently there are versions of the Claymore Mining Software that leave port 3333 open, a port that can be used for remote control attacks. Please upgrade to the latest version which fixes this “hole”:

just saw this - according to the doco -

-mport 0

disables the remote management feature - just put it in my batch files

I thought the latest update changes the default port to negative -3333 so that the client is remotely available?

I haven’t seen an update since 10.2 but as I understood it from the readme it was default left open on port 3333 - since my miner is only running on a desktop I don’t need to remote manage into it so I just turned it off
