hmm i haven't been limited yet and i've won decent amounts, maybe like 2-3k over 6 months but im sure they would if you were crushing them consistently. let's be honest every book does it eventually right
 
Ya if you're good enough to get limited you should probably be using multiple books anyway and spreading action around. No single book will let you win long-term without restrictions. That's just how the industry works.
 
honestly for casual betting stake or bc.game both fine, only matters if you're doing serious volume
i just like stake interface better and odds seem slightly better on bigger matches. bc.game better for obscure leagues tho
