so I've been using Coincasino for a few months, was alright at first, deposits instant, the crash and dice games were good fun. Now I've requested a withdrawal and its been "pending" for 2 weeks. Messaged there support 4 times, nothing, just a bot. Whole site feels kind of abandoned now, like no ones home.

Reckon Im getting rugged aren't I. anyway im done with them, can anyone recommend a similar site (crash, dice, fast crypto, don't want loads of ID hassle) that actually PAYS your winnings out? gutted, was up a fair bit

im sorry you're out of pocket mate, genuinely. but lets recap: random shill, who got publicly banned for spamming no-name casino, personally signs you up to that exact casino, and now it wont pay you out. the warning signs weren't subtle. they were doing semaphore from a hilltop

Setting the dunking aside (deserved as it is), here's whats almost certainly happening: a small undercapitalised site like that runs on a thin bankroll. While more is coming in than going out, withdrawals are instant. The moment that flips - or one player wins a chunk - they slow-walk payouts hoping new deposits cover it. "Pending for two weeks" and a dead support channel is the classic slow-rug pattern.
Practically: stop depositing immediately, screenshot everything, keep hammering their live chat with the same polite message daily for a paper trail. But realistically, Richy, prepare yourself for that money being gone. A site like that isn't accredited anywhere that can force them to pay.

Yeah deep down ik the 4k is probly gone. own fault. just want to find somewhere that's actually been around and pays out,for the crash/dice type stuff i actually enjoy. wheres reliable

same principle i bang on about every thread: pick by bankroll and track record, not by a flashy bonus. for crash/dice originals + fast crypto + a site big enough that it CANT not pay you, the obvious one is Stake. its the biggest, been going since 2017, the Originals (Crash, Dice, Plinko) are provably fair, supports 30 odd coins, no fee withdrawals usually in minutes.

BUT - depends where you are. its geoblocked in the US, UK, Australia and Ontario. so where are you based @richy7777777

in the UK

stake works fine in the uk with a vpn, ive used it 2 years, withdrawals in mins like @VPNmaster said. just don;t put your real uk address or use a uk card, sign up clean. its the same workaround half this forum uses

if you want established-and-actually-pays as your priority over Stakes geoblock faff, the older names are your friend. BitStarzs been one of the reliable ones for years, big library, decent withdrawal rep, has its own originals. Cloudbets been around since about 2013, very btc-focused, known for high limits.

they're not exciting picks. thats the point. you wanted reliable, reliable is boring and old, not whatever Coincasino was

let me make sure ive followed this. you took a hot tip from a man the moderators BANNED for being a paid shill, lost four grand, and your takeaway is to ask the same forum which site to lose the NEXT four grand on.
crypto is for degens. exhibit four thousand and one.

no dummie at least partially, didn't you follow?? he moved here cuz of this crap happend still we had similar fuck here too...

ok ill actually give you this one grandad, that was a choice and a half 😂
but richy this isn't crypto being crypto, this is you using a no-name site a literal shill plugged. use an actual established one and none of this happens. dont let the pencil brigade convince you the whole space is Coincasino

honestly just use any site with a curacao license, that's the regulated ones, your protected then. thats the difference between coincasino and a proper one
no mate, see this is the exact misunderstanding that gets people. a curacao license is the same cheap sticker coincasino almost certainly HAD in its footer. it protects you basically not at all, they're easy to get and the body behind them wont fight your corner. don't pick by the badge. pick by how big and how old and whether the site can survive paying you. we went through all this in the matured thread

been exactly where you are @richy7777777. for the record my 8k is still gone, four months on now, i've made peace with it
heres what i learned the expensive way: the time to care whether they pay is BEFORE you deposit, not after you win. search the sites name plus "withdrawal problem" before you ever touch it. if the first page is full of people screaming, run. you didn't do that, i didnt do that. do it next time
