tried the new doa3 on cloudbet yesterday and what the fuck did netent do to this game. its got like 40 paylines now, wild multipliers, some bonus buy for 1000x bet, whole thing feels like a nolimit city clone not dead or alive
base game pays nothing, 100 spins didn't even see 2 scatters. anyone actually like this crap outthere?!!
 
lmao knew it would be shit netent hasn't made a decent game since evolution bought them, everything now is just red tiger garbage with netent logo slapped on. and doa2 still the goat, why they had to fuck with it
 
The 1000x bonus buy at 92% RTP is criminal. Most UK casinos running it at 92-94% from what I've seen. People gonna lose fortunes buying bonuses thinking they're playing a proper DOA game when it's basically a different slot wearing the name
 
nah cant agree tbh, played it on 888casino with the extra bet feature and was hitting bonuses regularly. for sure its different but not every sequel needs to be identical. the wild multipliers can pay crazy if you get em

That's the problem though - UK players can't use extra bet features. And without it the game is completely dead.
As I tested on demo, 200 spins no extra bet = 1 bonus (paid 8x). Same 200 spins WITH extra bet = 7 bonuses.
It's basically two different games depending on your jurisdiction. Netherlands same issue as UK btw
 
played about £50 through it last night on 20p spins at duelz and got 3 bonuses, best one paid £11. worst paid £1.80.
variance feels similar to doa2 but the pays are definitely worse even when you hit. and yeah the base game is brutal even by doa standards

no it doesnt lol wildlines were the whole fucking point of dead or alive

getting 5 wilds to line up was rare and paid massive, now its same as regular scatter which you can hit every other bonus

they removed the best part of the game!!
 
tried it again today on cloudbet at higher rtp (96% vs the 92% at most uk sites)
definitely more bonuses but still feels off. got the super bonus twice and both paid under 50x
the retrigger seems imposible, watched like 20 youtube videos and nobody hit it yet
 
yup in spain we also cant use extra bet feature. i tried on cristalpoker at 0.20 regular spins and took 340 spins to bonus, paid 4 euros lmao
this craphole absolutely needs the extra bet to be playable, without it you're just burning money waiting forever for bonuses that pay nothing
 
ok yeah i see what you guys mean now. idid some testing without extra bet and its completely different game, way more dead. didn't even realize how much that feature matters :confused:
still think the hate is bit over the top but i get it for players who cant access it properly
 
The max win reduction makes sense when you realize this isn't actually a sequel, it's Red Tiger making a game and NetEnt licensing the Dead or Alive name to it. Plays like a Red Tiger slot (hard to bonus, weird mechanics), has NetEnt branding. It's a collaboration that nobody asked for..
 
played doa1 and doa2 for years, must have hit like 50+ wildlines between both games. while playin doa3 yesterday the whole vibe is just wrong. feels like playing a different game tbh

gonna stick with doa2, at least i know what im getting there
 
apparently netent had doa megaways in development for ages and it got cancelled, then they just mashed together whatever assets they had into this game. this would explain why it feels so disjointed and not like a proper sequel
