Germany €1 max bet is killing me even worth it?

warning about stake from someone who learned hard way. dont use their "vault" feature to store crypto long term. they had some security thing last year and people lost access for weeks. only keep on site what youre actively playing with
also if you win nice amount, withdraw it immediately. dont leave €5k sitting in your stake account for months. seen too many people lose it back

this is the real risk everyone ignores lol
not the legal stuff, not the verification - its the fact that having instant deposits and no limits means you can blow through money way faster than licensed sites with their annoying restrictions
those 5 second delays? they exist to slow down problem gambling. when you can spin every half second and rebuy instntly with crypto, things get dangerous fast
 
ye i thought about that, the restrictions do force you to play slower but ive been gambling for years and never had problem with control. just want to actually enjoy the games instead of this painfl slow experience
bought €100 of bitcoin on coinbase. fees annoying but whatever now trying to figure out how to send it to stake lol
 
go to stake, click deposit, choose bitcoin, copy the wallet address
go to coinbase, click send, paste the address, enter amount, confirm
wait like 20-30 mins for it to show up in stake. first time seems forever but its normal
make sure you copy address exactly right. if you send to wrong address your moneys gone forever, no way to get it back
 
simple tip do a test transaction first. send like €10 worth to make sure everything works, then send the rest
ive seen people lose hundreds by copying address wrong or sending to wrong network. bitcoin is unforgiving with mistakes

ok not judging just funny. german government makes stupid rules, people find ways around them old as time
personally i think the €1 limit is insane. like what is even the point of that? you can still lose €1000/month, just takes longer and is more boring. doesn't actually protect anyone
 
confused a bit if stake is blocked in germany how do german people even know about it? also is this just for germany or are other countries doing this €1 limit thing too? make it make sense

Advertising, streamers, word of mouth. Stake sponsors lots of sports teams and has huge marketing budget. Everyone knows about it even in countries where its blocked
Germany is most extreme with €1 limit. Netherlands has some restrictions but not that bad. UK used to have some limit on slots to but not sure
Anyway gambling regulation pendulum swings back and forth. Countries panic about problem gambling, implement extreme restrictions, then loosen them when they realize its not working

sent in btc, took about 25 mins to show up in stake. now have like €196 ready to play (some ate fees) gonna try gates of olympus with €2 spins then raise after each 5-10 empty spins to €5-10and see how it feels

+1 remember to set some kind of loss limit for yourself since stake wont do it for you
also if you hit anything decent withdraw it. don''t be that guy who wins €500 and loses it back same night

gates is fun game but variance is crazy so if you want somethng more chill try sweet bonanza or sugar rush. still good potential but not as mental as gates
 
daamn i feel like UK is heading same way sometimes. all this bet limits monthly ones i get it but spindelay seriously?? it's kinda too much hope it will never happen here or everyone will go straidt to crypto that's for sure

you bet when you're winning its amazing but when you lose easily hooked. i had sessions where i deposited and lost €500 in like 15 minutes. on regular casino that would take hours and probably wouldn't happen cause id have time cool off
