Yeah she btw withdrew her balance earlier just in case. Still think this is complete scam tho
 
Hate to say it but you don't have much recourse here. If it's in the terms and you violated it (even unknowingly) they're within rights to close account so £1800 is simply painful lesson to learn about reading terms before depositing..
 
ofcourse you can try filing complaint with their license provider but honestly with such rule violation its probably not gonna go anywhere sorry
 
This whole industry is crooked. They make the rules impossible to follow then steal your money when you break them accidentally
And what makes me angry is that they did itt without even explaining anything, not even mention notifications upfront

good luck with the complaint honestly but realistically though you should accept the money is gone and learn from this
 
got a bit spicy. feel bad for op but also this is why terms exist. everyone here probably knows someone who tried to bonus hunt with multiple accounts
