Rollbit closed my account for "bonus abuse"

Hey folks, just got email from Rollbit saying my account closed for bonus abuse and confiscating £1800 balance. Damn I didnt abuse anything, just used their daily bonus and reload bonuses they offered me!! But then with no warning,just straight to closure. Support wont tell me what specific "abuse" i did
any ideas?

what bonuses did you take and how often?

Their daily spin thing and they kept sending me reload bonuses in email like 50% match
took maybe 5-6 reload bonuses over 2 months? They literally sent them to me so whats the problem?
 
@Genesis did you withdraw between bonuses or just kept reloading? casinos dont like when you only deposit for bonuses and withdraw immediately after clearing lol
Io withdrew twice before this, both times around £300-400. Is that not allowed? Perfectl cleared the withdrawals those times
 
still somethings missing here pal, rollbit's big enough for just closin accounts for usin' bonuses they offer. theres usually multi-accounting or terms violation. you sure you didnt sign up twice or use someone elses account?

Sure only have one account. Now wondering my girlfriend plays there too on her own account, maybe they think thats multi-accounting? But why didn’t they just say it straight out then??

so0 theres your problem probably - same ip address, both taking bonuses. they probably flagged it as bonus hunting with multiple accounts
 
but we have separate accounts, separate emails, separate payment methods. How is that against rules?

most casinos have "one account per household" rules buried in their terms. using same ip for multiple bonus accounts is textbook bonus abuse from their perspective
This is such bullshit. They happily took both our deposits for months and now suddenly its a problem when I win?

oh c'mon noone reads those things theyre like 50 pages. if they had problem with two people in same house they shouldve blocked second account from start not wait until theres money in it
"no one reads those things" you say and this is why you lose your money mate. you realize that not reading terms doesnt mean they dont apply to you
 
Fine i found that shit in the terms
Still my girlfriend has her own account, we didnt know we couldnt both play so without even notifying any of us it looks more of a trap to block winnings

look i feel bad about your situation but its not a trap if its clearly stated in terms friend
you both signed up, both took bonuses, both from same address. thats exactly what bonus abuse looks like from their side
whether you did it intentionally or not doesnt really matter to them right?
