Well Can you post the exact bonus terms they sent you? Would help to see the actual wording

says: "100% deposit bonus up to 1 BTC. Wagering requirement 40x (deposit + bonus). Maximum cashout from bonus winnings is 5x the bonus amount. Terms apply." so my bonus was 0.005 btc and 5x that is 0.025 btc still they only gave me 0.0125
thats half of what it should be. simple math not rocket science

That doesn't add up. Based on those terms you should have gotten 0.025 + your 0.005 deposit back = 0.03 total. Something's wrong with their calculation. Push back on this maybe..

Agree with ddubbin. If the terms say 5x the bonus amount and your bonus was 0.005, you should get 0.025 in winnings. Ask them to explain the discrepancy. Use the exact wording from their terms.
