What should I do if the casino refuses to pay my winnings?

I'm having a problem. I recently won 17K in a crypto casino, which is a life-changing amount for me. But for the past month, the casino has been stalling on paying out. First, it's one thing, then another. They ask for verification, then request additional documents, then they say they're thoroughly reviewing my activity, or ask if I'm using a VPN. I have a bad feeling about this. I probably won't see my money. What should I do in this situation? Has anyone experienced something like this?

Thanks for the advice, everyone. It's a smaller casino, won't name names yet. I've sent all the docs they asked for, no bonus
violations as far as I know. I'll definitely start documenting everything more carefully.

Man, I feel for you. I went through something similar last year, though for a smaller amount. It's a horrible feeling. Here's what worked for me: I started by compiling all my documentation - screenshots of my wins, all correspondence with the casino, timestamps of when I submitted documents, everything. Then I drafted a formal complaint letter, outlining the timeline of events and citing their own terms and conditions. I sent this to their support, their management (found some email addresses on LinkedIn), and copied in the licensing authority. The threat of involving the authority seemed to light a fire under them. Got my payout within a week after that. Stay persistent and professional. Good luck!

@the_Diligentson That's solid advice. Did you have to involve a lawyer at any point?

@the_Diligentson Thanks for sharing your experience. I'll definitely try that approach. @xRays and @GG777, the casino seemed legit when I started playing. Good interface, games from known providers. But now I'm not so sure. Wish I'd done more research before depositing.

Have you tried reaching out to other players? Maybe on forums or social media? Strength in numbers.
