What should I do if the casino refuses to pay my winnings?

@yaryk, have you considered going public with your story? Sometimes bad PR can motivate casinos to resolve issues quickly.
 
Thanks for all the support and ideas, everyone. I'll start by drafting that formal complaint letter @the_Diligentson suggested. If that doesn't work, I might have to consider going public as @AmmI suggested. Really hope it doesn't come to that though.
 
Just a thought - have you checked if they have any active complaints on gambling forums? Might give you an idea of what you're dealing with.
 
@yaryk, sorry you're going through this. It's a tough situation. One more thing to consider: some casinos have ridiculously low monthly withdrawal limits. Make sure that's not the issue here.
 
Has anyone mentioned blockchain analysis? If it's a crypto casino, you might be able to track your funds on the blockchain. Could be useful evidence.
