which crypto wallet is th best primarily for casino deposits

must say that i wrote mine on paper but still im paranoid about losing it. like where do you guys actually keep it? desk drawer seems too easy for someone to find or throw away accidentaly..

Desk drawer is fine for moderate amounts if you live alone and have basic security. But for larger amounts consider:
  • Fireproof safe at home
  • Safety deposit box at bank
  • Metal backup plate (survives fire/water)
The key is balance between security and accessibility. You need to be able to access it if needed, but others shouldn't easily find it.
Some people get paranoid and hide it so well they forget where it is, which defeats the purpose.

i made the mistake of taking photo of mine and keeping it on my phone and then my phone got stolen and i was freaking out for weeks thinking someone would find it and take my crypto

luckily nothing happened but i was so stupid, now i only keep it on paper

@Tracy at least you learned the lesson without losing money. good for you
i've heard terrific stories of people losing thousands because they kept seeds in cloud storage or email, then account got hacked

back to original question tho trust wallet vs metamask i think for pure casino deposits trust wallet is better cause you can manage everything from phone and the interface is cleaner plus multi chain support means if you ever want to use different networks you don''t have to switch wallets

I use both actually. MetaMask on desktop for when I'm playing casino on computer, Trust Wallet on mobile for when I'm out.
You can import same seed phrase into both wallets and they show same addresses and balances. Just remember that means the seed exists in two places, slightly higher risk.

ok i have aquestion about hardware wallets too, are those worth it for gambling or overkill?
like ledger or trezor, yea i've seen them mentioned but seems like extra hassle

Let me think.. honestly I'd say hardware wallets like Ledger or Trezor are excellent for long-term storage of large amounts, but not practical for frequent casino deposits/withdrawals.

Typical setup for serious crypto holders:
- Hardware wallet for bulk of funds (cold storage)
- Hot wallet (Trust/MetaMask) for active gambling with smaller amounts

Transfer from cold to hot wallet only what you plan to gamble with. This way if hot wallet gets compromised, you don't lose everything. As for most casual gamblers, hot wallet only is fine. Hardware wallet makes sense if you're holding significant crypto long-term.

yeah hardware wallet is a bit too much unless you're holding like 10k+ in crypto. while for gambling amounts just hot wallet is totaly fine, obviously dont forget keeping seed phrase safe
