won £3k on a welcome bonus and now they wont let me withdraw it?? is this a scam or am i missing something

is always the same because the casino they put the big number 100% up to 3000 in the huge letter to make you deposit but the 40x and the max bet and the games that do't count they put in the small letter that nobody read so the person see only the big number and think is free money but is not free is a trap with the math inside and when you win they say you break the rule and they take everything back and the person is angry and feel robbed but he agree the terms already without reading and this is exactly the same in brazil in europe everywhere is not one bad casino is the whole design of the thing

all in one breath eh?? but "a trap with the math inside" is genuinely the best line fr. the whole thing is a maths problem wearing a gift wrapper

honestly cant say it belongs to scam alerts, because its a bonus terms issue not a scam. @slotkiss7 max bet breach is almost certainly why it voided. you can raise a complaint with the operator, and if they're properly licensed you can escalate to their ADR (dispute resolution) body, but if the terms were clearly stated you're very unlikely to get it back. read the wagering and the max bet on any future offer before you opt in, not after.
