Account closed and the balance gone after two years, over a vpn (ironic had about £3k)

Na so e be for us too. the vpn no be luxury o, na the only road wey dey. But the wahala be say the day dem ask you for document, everything wey you don dey do since go finish that same day. Me i no dey leave money for any site pass one week. once e enter, I comot am. Na the only protection wey person get

in spain is the opposite problem. the regulated sites verify you before you can even put the first euro, is very boring, they want everything from you, and the limits are small. but when you win they pay, always, and if they don't you have somebody to call. so is the same choice like always, you can have the freedom or you can have somebody to call, and the moment you try to have the two together with a vpn is when you finish like this thread

this is the thing i keep saying in every single one of these threads its always completely smooth right up until the exact moment it actually matters and then every term they never mentioned once comes out all at the same time and its always at the withdrawal never at the deposit because the deposit is the part they want to be easy so if your ever wondering whether a site is going to be a problem the answer is that you find out at the cashout and only at the cashout which is far too late to be finding anything out

Filed the complaint on Friday like Harry suggested. Reply came this morning.

Because I've confirmed a VPN was used to access a site restricted in my country, their ability to challenge the confiscation is extremely limited, so they've closed it in the operator's favor.Very polite about it. Two working days, start to finish.

So that's that then. Nobody has done anything to me that I didn't agree to in a document I never read and the terms have done precisely what they say on the page.

Two members have reported DMs in the last 24 hours offering "pre verified accounts" to people posting in this thread. Don't. You would be buying an account in a stranger's name and sending your deposit to a stranger, and there is only one way that finishes. Screenshot it and report it, do not reply to it!

one thing in here needs correcting because ive now seen it suggested twice. a no log vpn does NOT help you in this situation and people keep offering it like its the fix.
like site isnt building a case against you in a courtroom. it doesn't need anything from your vpn provider. it has its own log of every ip that ever touched the account, and it has the documents you handed over yourself. thats the whole evidence base and both halves of it live on THEIR side of the table.
so you're not being investigated. you're being read a clause

ive been running this exact setup 8 months, dozens of withdrawals, never once been asked for a single document. its not automatic. some sites genuinely don't care where you are

you posted that word for word in the kyc thread in june. dozens of small withdrawals, remember. same answer now as then, you haven't been tested, you've just not won enough yet

Not taking it any further. It's gone and I've got no argument left that anybody is obliged to listen to.

Going back to a UK licensed book. Which means ID up front, a deposit limit I set on myself, and a max stake of about two quid the second I have any sort of run. And obviously worse odds, worse product, worse everything...
But if they owe me money there's a person somewhere whose actual job it is to make them pay it. Two years to work that out.
