Vave took my winnings just bonus issue or got scammed?

hi everyone need advice please

i deposited 0.005 btc on vave (around £150) and they gave me a deposit bonus. played slots and won up to 0.025 btc (arond £750). went to withdraw and they said i need to complete wagering. fine i kept playing and got up to 0.04 btc (over £1200)
then tried to withdraw again and now they took everything except my orignial 0.005 deposit back. saying i violatd bonus terms???
i dont understand what i did wrong. i completed the wagering it showed 100% complete. now they saying maximum cashout from bonus is 5x and giving me back like 0.0125 btc only

is this allowed? i won that money fair after finishing its shitty wagering

What were the exact bonus terms? Did you read them before accepting? problem is most bonuses have max cashot limits. If it said 5x max cashout then unfortunately they can do that even after wagering completes.
Realy need to see the terms to say for sure.

i didnt really read it tbh just clicked accept. it was like 100% deposit bonus but if i finished the wagering shouldnt all the money be mine? like why would they let me keep playing after wagering finished if they were just gonna take it anyway huh??
 
Oooh this one is classic mate you see wagerng requirement and the max cashout are two different things. You can wager through the bonus but there's still a cap on what you can withdraw from it. After that cap is hit, everything above gets removed. It's in the T&Cs. Harsh but legal if they stated it upfront.

that doesnt make sense though. so even if i won 10 btc they would only give me the 5x? how is that fair i was using my own money too not just bonus money
 
Were you though? Or did the bonus money get used first? With most casinos the bonus funds are "sticky" meaning they mix with your deposit and you play through both together.
 
i dont know it didnt show separate. just showed one balance. after i deposited it went straight to like 0.01 btc total (my deposit plus bonus) and i played from that 😞
 
That's a sticky bonus then. Your deposit and bonus were combined. When you hit the max cashout limit, they remove everything above it and return your original deposit plus the allowed winnings. Did they give you 0.0125 btc total or was that on top of your deposit?

they gave me back 0.0125 total which is less than i even deposited??? my deposit was 0.005 so if 5x cashout shouldnt it be 0.025? and they took 3 days to tell me this, just had "pending withdrawal" for days then suddenly cancelled and balance changed
anyways can i complain somewhere or is it just gone?!

0.025 yeah but if the bonus amount was also 0.005 then maybe they're calculating 5x on the bonus only not the deposit? So 0.005 bonus x 5 = 0.025, then they give you back your 0.005 deposit = 0.03 total? Still doesn't match what you got though..
 
You can try contacting their support and asking them to explain the calculation. Get them to show exactly how they arrived at 0.0125. But if it's in their terms you agreed to, there's not much you can do. Curacao licensed casinos aren't heavily regulated tbh
 
This is why I always tell people - READ BONUS TERMS!! Like every single word designed to fool ya! If you don't understand something, ask before you play. Max cashout limits are standard on crypto casino bonuses. Some are 3x, some 5x, some 10x. But they always have one..
 
ok but even if theres a max cashout why did they let me keep playing after wagering was done?? like it said 100% wagering complete. if they were gonna take the money anyway why not just stop me there
 
C'mon mate it's simple it's cause they want you to keep playing and hopefully lose it all back. scummy fror sre but that's how these bonuses work. They're obviously6 not designed to benefit player.

This is literally it. They hope you'll gamble away the winnings before trying to withdraw. When you complete wagering, you should withdraw immediately. Don't play along just no reason
 
well i didnt know that did i?? so now ive lost this £1000 because i didnt read some terms and conditions that shit probably written in tiny text somewhere

Noone trying to blame you but they're usually pretty clearly stated in the bonus sectoin. If any of those are unclear simply don't take that bonus.
 
similar thing happen tome won £400 from £20 bonus, they capped it at £100. called them scammers but they showed me the terms, it was written there clear as day. felt stupid :cautious:
now i just play without bonuses most of the time
